1) Stay indoors. Use air conditioning whenever possible.

4) Popsicles and flavored ice pops are a sweet treat. They also help you stay cool.
5) Overheated? Put ice packs or ice cubes on your wrists and neck.
6) Big breathable hats can be your very best friend in the summer heat!
7) Breathable long sleeve shirts can help prevent sunburns.
8) Frozen fruit makes a cold refreshing snack for at home or on the go.
9) Cool or cold showers can help you cool down quickly.
10) Cars are hot. Open all the doors and turn your ac to maximum to help the heat dissipate.
11) Lemonade is great for fighting metallic tastes and keeping you cool!
12) Go swimming at night when it is cooler.
